Ciklum is looking for a Team Lead Global Inside Sales to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:


We re looking for a dynamic Team Lead to join our high-performing Global Inside Sales Team. In this dual role, you`ll not only own your individual sales targets but also lead a growing team focused on UK EU markets. If you`re passionate about driving results, coaching teams, and working closely with international sales leaders this is your opportunity to make an impact.



Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation efforts and consistently achieve individual Team monthly targets

  • Manage and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives covering the UK EU regions

  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and support skill development

  • Collaborate with Sales Hunters to align pipeline goals and drive opportunities

  • Lead weekly performance reviews and ensure team KPIs are met

  • Share best practices and build a positive, growth-oriented team culture



Requirements

  • 7+ years in IT services Lead Generation with team management experience in Europe UK region

  • Proven track record in inside sales/lead generation, preferably in IT/tech services

  • Experience managing or mentoring a team

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, data-driven, and collaborative approach

  • Understanding of using CRM, research and other marketing automation tools
