Job Description

Were seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations across recruiting activities and providing day-to-day support for both teams. Youll play a vital role in coordinating campus hiring events, scheduling interviews, and delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Recruitment Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and support.
  • Offer general coordination support across the TA team to keep processes running smoothly.
Campus Hiring & Fresher Drive Support:
  • Plan and manage Fresher Drives, working closely with colleges and universities to attract top student talent.
  • Partner with institutions to gather student details and promote early career opportunities.
  • Support all stages of the campus hiring processfrom assessments to interview scheduling and logistics.
  • Monitor and report on event outcomes, including candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
HR Administrative Support:
  • Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks and employee-facing activities.
  • Help organize onboarding sessions, new hire orientations, and internal HR events.
  • Ensure processes are in line with company policies and recruitment best practices
