Plays an important role in the Organization by providing support to more senior service delivery professionals. Works on tasks/matters of limited complexity. Gains experience of the service desk processes. Participates in meeting critical key measurement targets of the team.Collaborates with other team members in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering operational quality and efficiency.
