Responsible for Operating Assigned F&B Section
Opening and closing of Restaurant
Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly
Recommend Food and Beverage, Maintain service standards
Guest Interaction, Address Guest Requirement

Required Candidate profile

Diploma/Graduate in Hotel Management
Previous Experience of working in a High Traffic Bar and Eatery
Good Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Service
