About the role:

As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to create innovative products in line with our philosophy of being Fair to the Customer, Fair to the Bank. The role requires you to constantly keep pace with changing customer needs and market dynamics and build these insights in the product life cycle. You will be responsible for enhancing the existing offerings and have a keen eye to identify gaps in our current offerings. You will be required to have an innovative mindset and technology orientation. Our products and services are offered digitally, and your technology orientation adds to our journey from Bank to Bank Tech. We see our product managers as skilled and intuitive market analysts with a proven ability to strategize the entire lifecycle of a product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product Life cycle: Manage the life cycle of a Product portfolio, measured in terms of customer feedback and defined business outcomes.
Drive Go-to-Market Strategy
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders involved in successfully bringing your product to market, including technology data analytics.
Envision a product roadmap
Create the roadmap to nurture a product from conception through design and into usage and adoption of the defined customer segment.
Enhance the product portfolio
Identify actionable gaps in our current offerings and develop solutions that meet customer expectations.
Leverage Technology
Embed products and processes with the right technology enablement.

Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
MBA, Chartered Accountants, Engineers & Graduates with relevant work experience in the area of product management across industries.
Communication skills
Good oral and written communication skills.
Synergize across Team
Willingness to work with the distributed team for on-ground support and deliver enablers as required.
Ideate
Evaluative mind-set in appraising new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to market plans.
Customer Focus
Conceptual understanding of consumer behaviour, market research and go-to-market strategy.
