We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in
business analysis and project management, ideally within the B2B commerce
domain. The successful candidate will lead digital initiatives focused on optimizing
Order-to-Cash processes for our retail client, playing a dual role in facilitating agile
practices and translating business needs into actionable project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of business requirements, stakeholder expectations, and
priorities to effectively guide teams toward meeting project goals
Conduct business analysis activities such as stakeholder interviews, requirement gathering,
documentation (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), and gap analysis
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project
objectives and deliverables
Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and support
the agile team in removing blockers
Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business
needs
Prepare and deliver clear and concise project updates, dashboards, and weekly status
reports for stakeholders
Identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality project
delivery
Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve
concerns proactively
Promote a culture of agility and continuous improvement through the implementation of
best practices and lessons learned
Recommend and implement tools or technologies to improve delivery speed, efficiency, and
quality
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Project / Program Management and Business Analysis,
preferably in digital transformation or B2B commerce projects
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with strong proficiency in Scrum practices
Experience conducting business analysis, including requirements elicitation, process
modeling, and stakeholder management
Proficient with project management and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS
Excel, and Visio
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams across global time zones
Proven track record of client-facing roles, stakeholder engagement, and managing project
deliverables
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Understanding of current trends and emerging technologies in the digital commerce space
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
