We are inviting applications for the role of Analyst/Process Associate/Process Developer Payroll OperationsResponsibilities- Payroll Processing:
- Execute payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
- Validate employee data and ensure proper inputs for payroll calculations.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and update payroll databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and tax regulations in payroll processing.
- Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports for compliance audits.
- Customer Support:
- Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant years of experience in payroll or a similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preference of an understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and statutory payroll requirements.
- Certification in payroll management is a plus.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
