Customer Service Officer @ Equitas Small Finance

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry.

• Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
• Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and walk-in.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with banking software and systems, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• A graduate degree is required for this position.
