Job Description

• 8-10+ years of Hands-on experience in QA and Testing
• Highly skilled in testing best practices and below areas
• Test Planning
• Test Case Designs
• SIT
• Usability Testing
• Acceptance Testing
• Black Box / White Box Testing
• Regression Testing
• Customer Interface SIT / UAT, Managing defect evaluation / resolution process
• Understanding of SIP

Technical skills required:

• HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) & Jira
• Manage Test plan / Test design
• Defect tracking management
• Requirements traceability
• Monitor quality across releases and cycles
• Cyara Tool
• Regression testing Automation
• VoIP / Voice and SBC technologies

Certifications:

• CSTE (Certified Software Test Engineer), ISO 9001 certified, HP ALM, Jira, and
• Cyara.
• With capabilities to support: IVR Speech, HostConnect, Genesys, Cisco, NICE InContact,
• Opstel, Intradiem, Aspect

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Good Communication Skills. Provide a single point of contact for the reporting and tracking critical Problems
• Ability to handle multiple stake holders
• Being responsible and taking accountability of tasks assigned
