Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and PHP (Laravel or other major frameworks).
  
• Work across the full stack: from front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern JS frameworks (React/Angular) to back-end logic and server-side APIs.
  
• Build and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API and PHP-based services.
  
• Implement application logic, business rules, and workflow processes efficiently across both .NET and PHP projects.
  
• Use Entity Framework (EF) and ADO.NET for data access in .NET projects and MySQL/PostgreSQL for PHP-based applications.
  
• Develop and maintain database schemas, write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
  
• Ensure application security compliance, including session handling, input validation, and role-based access controls.
  
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of both PHP and .NET applications.
  
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product managers to meet project goals and deadlines.
  
• Manage version control using Git/GitHub and handle deployments on Windows and Linux-based servers.
  
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in both .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core) and PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter)
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks React, Angular, or Vue.js
  
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or others)
  
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
  
• Knowledge of cross-platform development and API integrations
  
• Experience working on enterprise-level applications is a plus
