SDE 3 @ Ginesys

As a SDE 3, you will work closely in the product team to provide technical guidance on the requirements and ensure the smooth flow of work in the tech team. Join our passionate tech team and contribute to making our product even better!

You will:

Collaborating with the product team to provide technical expertise on requirements

Ensuring a smooth workflow for the tech team and keeping the product roadmap on track

Designing the optimal technical architecture to meet product needs

Guiding the team to write high-performance code - we run ~5 million API jobs/day, so performance is the key.

Ensuring highly maintainable code for long-lasting impact on our product.

Establishing and managing effective code-review cycles for the team.

Planning efficient testing strategies with the QA team.

Managing and expanding our server infrastructure to meet growth objective.

Implementing agile methodologies - daily standups, weekly sprints, retrospectives will be part of your routine.

Developing recruitment plans and participating in the hiring process to attract top talent.

Technologies we work on :

PHP using the CakePHP Framework.

Python Node for select modules.

VueJS for UI/UX.

MySQL Redis as datastores.

Heavy use of Redis for queues and caching.

CubeJS for reporting.

Elasticsearch + Kibana for log monitoring and analysis.

QuickSight for analytics.

Various AWS Services for infrastructure.
