Job Description

  • The role is to lead the go-to-market strategy of RCS services for the region.
  • You will be pivotal in shaping the transition from SMS and other channels to RCS and be an active thought leader.
  • Your immediate focus will be to drive the regional go-to-market, as per defined sales strategy.
  • You will work with all functions especially Core Sales Team, Pre-sales, Product, Project Management, Tech Account Management, Support, System Engineering etc to deliver the quality standards our customers expect.
  • This is a fast-moving role that requires someone who knows the messaging industry, has an understanding of RCS and most importantly a driven individual with absolute conviction.
  • Your end goal is to accelerate RCS expansion, will be accountable and measured on RCS success in your region.
What youll be responsible for?
  • Lead the regional GTM for RCS and responsible for the growth, expansion, and adoption.
  • Achieve the assigned revenue targets.
  • Subject matter expert on the RCS.
  • Drive the enterprise sales strategy on RCS with stakeholder support.
  • Voice of the customers to adapt Kariz RCS offering to meet requirements.
  • Active in industry bodies / forums and to be an advocate for the organisation.
  • Define and build commercial guidance in customer transition to RCS
Qualification and other skills
BE / B.Tech + MBA
What youd have?
  • 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience in related domain.
  • Ability to articulate and present to different working levels from management to engineers.
  • Ability to break down complex requirements and explain them in simple terms/schemes.
  • Strong ownership of work and relationship with customers (internal and external)
  • Strong analytical skills and structured daily work with attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills and be a quick learner.
  • The ability to own your work and make informed decisions then drive them forward.
