Job Description

- We're seeking ambitious individuals for a 3-month internship as Trainee Domestic Sales Associates for our Fatafat program.

- Dive into aggressive tele-sales work with hard targets, focusing on selling our software solutions to small businesses in tier 2/3 cities. Successful achievement of targets during the internship leads to full-time employment.Responsibilities:
- Aggressively prospect and qualify potential clients to meet revenue targets within the assigned lead quota.
- Conduct intensive market research to understand customer needs and industry trends for effective solution positioning.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos to showcase the value of our software.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to craft tailored proposals for clients.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and manage customer relationships using CRM software.
- Negotiate and close sales deals under tight timelines, ensuring the achievement of set targets.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and market knowledge.Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
- Enthusiastic about technology and software solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
