Job Description

Position Overview:

As an integral part of our Talent Aquisition team, the Talent acquisition specialist specializes in designing the job description, sourcing for the open positions, screening, coordination for the interview, negotiation and responsible for end-to-end recruitment.

Required skills:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the organization.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Job Posting: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company brand and culture to attract potential candidates.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in a consultancy environment, particularly in IT recruitment.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Shift timing and working hours:

  • Day Shift (Upto 8 PM)
  • Monday to Friday Fixed working days.
