Currently, we are looking for a talented Oracle Service Cloud Senior resource to join our team.
What Youll Do:
- Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of Oracle Service Cloud Solutions.
- Work on building CPMs, Custom Scripts and other integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud and Visual Builder Cloud Service
- Provide subject matter expertise on industry-based Service processes, SLA/milestone configuration, Business Rules, Workspaces, Analytics etc.
- Able to set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in Oracle Service Cloud, Field Service consulting in implementation across multiple clients and solution offerings
- Strong experience in Web Services XML Technologies (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, OAuth, JWT)
- Extensive working experience in Agent Desktop, Workspaces & Workflows, CPM
- Strong knowledge in Business Rules, UI customization, Analytics, Custom Objects, ROQL.
- Strong knowledge of Connect PHP and JavaScript is a must.
- Strong experience in implementing Service Cloud Using the Agent Browser User Interface for End Users.
- Should be Oracle Service Cloud Trained / Certified with understanding of Oracle Service Cloud architecture.
- Experience in Interface Development and CRM Integrations including usability, accessibility testing and validation.
- Familiarity with CSS / HMTL to help with UI development.
