Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals
Source candidates through multiple channels (Job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams
Manage offer negotiations and close candidates within defined timelines
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals
Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates to Manager
