This is a hands-on role that blends email marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), event coordination, and field travel
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and focused on outcomes, This role is focused on building real, in-person connections with prospects, partners, and clients
Youll be directly responsible for driving Virtual or In-Person meetings ? taking leads from interest to interaction through strategic outreach, personalized follow-ups, and on-ground presence, You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive high-value engagements across our key markets and audiences, Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Meeting Scheduling
Engage with leads generated from events (conferences, webinars, roadshows) and targeted campaigns to schedule in-person meetings, Coordinate with sales to align meeting plans with strategic accounts and pipeline priorities, Own the post-event follow-up cycle, ensuring timely outreach and meaningful conversations, Personalized Email Outreach
Design and execute targeted, behavior-based email campaigns to follow up with leads and decision-makers, Use AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc ) to craft personalized messaging based on lead behavior, account profiles, and event context, Track engagement metrics and optimize communication to improve meeting conversion rates, Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Implement and manage ABM strategies focused on high-value target accounts in HR Tech, SaaS, and enterprise segments, Collaborate with sales and marketing to create tailored engagement plans that drive meeting opportunities, Use account insights and behavioral data to personalize outreach and content delivery, Event Collaboration & Coordination
Partner with marketing on pre-event planning, event logistics, and post-event follow-ups, Support scheduling of 1:1 meetings during trade shows, webinars, and roadshows, Ensure all leads from events are properly tagged, tracked, and followed up in the CRM, Field Travel & On-Ground Execution
Travel to client offices or event locations to conduct or support scheduled meetings, Represent RChilli with professionalism and product knowledge during face-to-face engagements, Maintain accurate CRM records of meetings, feedback, and next steps, Requirements
36 years of experience in email outreach, ABM, or event engagement roles, Strong experience in field coordination, face-to-face client interaction, and follow-up, Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar CRM/marketing platforms, Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and content creation tools, Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills, Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and events, Prior experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or B2B tech industries is a strong advantage, International Travel
