Open Position: Manager Recruitment (Account & Delivery Management)
Location: Remote (Work from Home) Job Type: Full-Time | 5 Days Working | Weekends Off Salary: No bar for the right candidate + Lucrative Revenue Sharing Model
Role Overview Hiring Lead:
We are hiring a dynamic and self-driven Hiring Lead who can take full ownership of a business unit this includes managing clients, driving recruitment delivery, and leading a team of recruiters. If youre experienced in consulting-style hiring and have handled revenue-linked targets, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage 2-3 active client accounts with complete ownership of communication and hiring delivery.
- Lead a team of 5-10 recruiters working across diverse hiring mandates.
- Ensure timely and quality closures by driving end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure team targets are met and contribute directly to revenue generation.
- Provide regular updates on delivery status, challenges, and achievements.
- Build and grow long-term client relationships through consistent service quality
Who Were Looking For
- Background in consulting/recruitment firms with hands-on experience in sourcing, team management, and client delivery
- Strong in people management, sourcing strategies, stakeholder handling, and target-driven exec
