Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Individual for Technical Helpdesk Advisor for our US clients infrastructure management. You will be responsible for configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems. Being into Technical Helpdesk Advisor, this is an excellent job opportunity to start your career as IT Support and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Required skills:

  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge about Desktop Troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of Operating systems (windows)

Education and/or Experience:

  • Any Technical qualifications (BCA, Btech, B.Sc.-IT).
