Job Description
Role Overview: The Data Entry Specialist will support our IT Glue platform by entering and verifying customers technical data while developing IT Glue workflows and processes. This position facilitates excellent attention to detail by ensuring technical information is entered correctly and all technical details are correct within the program.
You will be expected to develop, design, and implement solutions within IT Glue. A clear understanding of problems through data-driven solutions delivered through the software and analytics. This position will work closely with the technical team to provide solution support within IT Glue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing technical information for entry into program.
- Maintaining and entering technical data in IT Glue.
- Develop policies and procedures to continue IT Glue operations, for technicians and our clients.
- Handling highly sensitive information.
- Helping the team to continuously improve process, and fanatically document process.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Be the in-house expert on all things IT Glue.
- Support and work with other departments to ensure data is compiled accurately.
- Work independently and with team members to analyze data sources, design, configure, and build repeatable processes while maintaining data within IT Glue.
- Perform various tasks of data ingestion, data transformation, and data visualizations.
- Conduct data analysis, data integration, data management and IT Glue operational enhancements.
- Understand IT Glue and implement solutions to enhance the teams experience.
- Create internal documentation for complete enhancements.
- Develop and maintain a detailed schedule for timeframes of work to be completed.
- Perform training to internal team on operations of IT Glue development.
- Provide technical product support and troubleshooting as needed with technicians.
- Review and provide answers related to the work performed.
- Hands-on experience in the ConnectWise suite (Manage, RMM, Cloud Radial) to support day-to-day operations, system monitoring, issue resolution, and process optimization. Prior experience with ConnectWise tools is REQUIRED
Requirements:
- Ability to solve problems thoroughly, quickly, and creatively with an eye for detail.
- Hands on experience in many aspects of data management activities involving large data sets (e.g., data gathering, data analysis and data validation).
- Experience with data analysis and application enhancement design.
- Leveraging data to develop internal technical processes within IT Glue.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support technical subject matter experts and create documentation as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with IT Glue, IT Boost and/or Hudu.
- Knowledge of MSP operations.
- Subject matter knowledge Information Technology.
- Data manipulation, and data analysis for business intelligence.
- Data modeling, integration, and cleansing in IT Glue.
