is a leading information technology company committed to excellence and innovation, We are looking for a Senior MIS Operations Manager to lead data-driven decisionmaking, automation initiatives, and operational improvements at RChilli, This role will bridge the gap between IT, Operations, and Leadership to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Automation, with expertise in Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Advanced Excel, SQL, and ERP/CRM tools, Key Responsibilities
Drive automation initiatives to minimize manual data processing using AI and other advanced technologies, Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Advanced Excel, Lead the restructuring and automation of organizational-level reports focusing on key business metrics such as financial health, customer success, and operational efficiency
Your innovations will help drive our strategic direction, Cross-Departmental Reporting: Manage, automate, and streamline reporting across Finance, Customer Success, IT, and HR departments, Explore future automation opportunities in other departments as you identify them, Manage and optimize SQL databases to support data analysis and reporting needs, Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Leadership to streamline workflows and improve decision-making processes, Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all MIS and analytics functions, Lead process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making, Translate business requirements into actionable insights for strategic planning and performance monitoring, Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for leadership review, Implement and manage ERP/CRM tools to improve operational effectiveness, Train and mentor team members in MIS tools, reporting, and data analytics best practices, Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in MIS, business intelligence, and automation, Education
Bachelors/Masters degree in Science with Mathematics/ Data Analytics/ MIS / Business Analytics/ Finance, or related field, Technical Background
6 to 8+ years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Operations Management, Proficiency in Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Advanced Excel, SQL, and ERP/CRM tools, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach, Experience in automation, process improvement, and dashboard development, Ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights and operational strategies, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Knowledge of AI-driven automation solutions is a plus, Ability to lead and manage the operations department effectively, Other Required Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work in the CST time zone, Ability to manage teams, Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality, Experience in AI-driven data processing and automation solutions, Exposure to cloud-based data analytics tools, Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is an advantage, What We Offer
