We are looking for a Client Data Analyst with a critical mindset to join our dynamic team and help us build and maintain our product with a high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse incoming emails and identify actionable data.
Perform data cleansing and analysis based on client requests, SLAs, process guide and judgement calls.
Ensure all data uploaded in a timely manner and best practices are followe'd.
Implement automated steps (ie excel macros, BALER).
Collaborate with team members and escalate any issues accordingly.
Ensure security best practices are followe'd and vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve client data related issues in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our data cleaning process.
Skills Required:
Solid experience with Microsoft Excel.
High monotony tolerance and ability to catch nuance differences.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent English language.
Experience with financial business.
Qualifications on Microsoft Office product.
