Job Description

Position: Team Leader- Paint Shop Maintenance

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Elect/Mech Engg Diploma in Mechatronics - Preference

Age Group: 22~ 25 Yeas

Role & responsibilities : 1. Trouble Shooting & Preventive Maintenance of Paint Equipment's - Ovens, RTO's, Paint circulation systems,Robots (Kawasaki), Booth Air Handling System, PTED process, Pumps, hangers,
Floor & Overhead conveyors, Sealer Dispensing systems, etc.
2. work on Pre-Treatment & Electrode Deposition process Equipments.

3. work on Fire Protection systems - Periodic checks / parts replace.
4. Able to replace big parts - Motor, Gearbox, Robot Internal parts, Oven & Booth Conveyor chain, Roller, & Rails.
5. Able to work on Fork Transfer / Lifter - periodic checks / parts replace.

Preferred candidate profile : 1. Planning & Execution of - Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive Maintenance.

2. Knowledge on Paint Robots [Kawasaki], Pneumatics, Heat Exchangers, PLC - Mitsubishi

3. IT networking understanding for Equipment's - Ethernet, LAN, FL-Net, CC-Link.

4. Understanding of latest Digital technologies - Symptom Grasping Tools, IoT, WiFi Data transfer.

5. Good communication skills & Leadership qualities - to Lead a team of Technicians.

6. Spares - Planning /Procurement / Inventory / SAP know-how.

7. Kaizen Mind - for carrying out Innovations towards Safety/Quality/Productivity/Human Dev.
