Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales outreach and client support. The ideal candidate must have a fluent US accent, strong cold calling skills, and the ability to convince prospects to schedule product demos. In addition to verbal communication, strong written skills and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cold calling to engage potential clients in the US market.
- Build rapport and effectively communicate the value proposition to schedule product demos.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and provide first-level support.
- Draft professional emails and follow-up communication with leads and customers.
- Create and manage basic documentation, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams for seamless customer experience.
Must-Have Skills:
- Fluent US Accent: Clear and confident communication tailored for US-based clients.
- Cold Calling Expertise: Comfortable and experienced with outbound calling and lead engagement.
- Persuasive Communication: Strong ability to convince prospects and secure demo appointments.
- Written Communication: Excellent written English for emails, reports, and documentation.
- MS Office Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating proposals, reports, and presentations.
