We are looking for a skilled Senior Link Building Specialist with 6-11 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in link building and AI automation, with excellent communication skills.

• Develop and execute comprehensive link building strategies tailored to diverse industries and international SEO needs.
• Design custom link-building blueprints based on domain authority, niche relevance, and target geographies.
• Create high-impact outreach campaigns using white-hat techniques.
• Consult clients on the why and how of link building, including expected outcomes, timelines, and KPIs.
• Guide, mentor, and audit execution teams on outreach, placement, and follow-ups.
• Set quality benchmarks and ensure target delivery by coordinating with execution teams.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in link building with international clients.
• Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Pitchbox, Respona, Buzzstream, Screaming Frog, and Google Sheets.
• Exposure to AI-led outreach automation tools or workflows is desirable.
• Knowledge of Googles link scheme guidelines, Penguin update impacts, and white-hat SEO best practices.
• Comfortable working with Google Analytics, GSC, and interpreting backlink audit reports.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills.
