Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Define and execute the strategic direction for Ad Operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and driving innovation.

2. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 500+ professionals across multiple departments (Program Management, Account Management, Creative, Data Analytics), fostering a high-performance culture.

3. Provide strong leadership and people management, empowering managers and team members to achieve their full potential through training, upskilling, and career development initiatives.

4. Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and platforms, including automation and AI, to enhance efficiency and campaign performance.

5. Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and other advanced technologies to optimize campaigns, content creation, targeting, and personalization.

6. Focus on delivering added value to clients by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving long-term growth for existing accounts.

7. Lead client relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring superior service delivery and managing expectations.

8. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities to expand business through additional offerings.

9. Oversee smooth onboarding and transition of new accounts, ensuring effective handover from Sales and efficient integration into operations.

10. Support the growth of existing accounts, ensuring a seamless experience and identifying opportunities for additional value through cross-functional collaboration.

11. Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, driving continuous process improvement and leveraging automation for scalable solutions.

12. Collaborate with senior leadership teams across Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Product to align strategies and support business objectives.

13. Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure all ad operations are delivering high-quality results, meeting timelines, and achieving KPIs.


Preferred candidate profile


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Services/ Delivery Head to join our Digital Marketing and Media Services team. This role will require exceptional leadership and management skills to drive customer success, optimize campaigns, and ensure the highest levels of brand protection and ad integrity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large-scale operation of 500+ team members.
