Job Description

As a Learning and Development Key Responsibilities are:



  1. Learning Program Design Development :

    • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.

    • Develop and deliver tailored training programs (in-person, virtual, e-learning) that support organizational goals and enhance employee performance.

    • Design engaging and interactive learning content and materials that align with company culture and objectives.

    • Utilize various instructional methods such as classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.


  2. Training Delivery Facilitation :

    • Conduct training sessions on a wide range of soft skills topics, communication (written/Verbal), Presentation skills, Emotional Intelligence, Cross culture sensitivity, onboarding.

    • Facilitate workshops and seminars for employees at all levels to support career growth, skill development, and productivity.

    • Ensure that all training activities are engaging, relevant, and effective in achieving learning outcomes.


  3. Learning Needs Analysis :

    • Conduct regular assessments to determine training needs across different departments and teams.

    • Collaborate with HR and management to assess the skills gap and recommend appropriate solutions.


  4. Employee Development Career Growth :

    • Support employees in their career progression by identifying growth opportunities and providing relevant learning pathways.

    • Coach and mentor employees as needed to enhance personal and professional development.


  5. Training Administration Reporting :

    • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance outcomes.

    • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and report on ROI to leadership.

    • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other training tools to ensure effective tracking and reporting.


  6. Continuous Improvement :

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new learning technologies to keep training programs innovative and relevant.

    • Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of training initiatives.


  7. OD Interventions :

    • Support OD interventions like MDP/LDP end to end.

    • Ensure smooth execution, communication to all stake holders, faculty selection, feedback process and effectiveness measurement


  8. Branding :

    • Active involvement in the branding of various programs and initiatives, hands on with tools like Canva

    • Drafting communications for programs, announcements, launch mails, learning mailers
