Job Description

Position: Team Leader - Weld Shop Maintenance

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Age Group: 22 ~ 25

Qualification: Diploma in Elect/Mech Engg Diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical - Preference

Role & responsibilities : 1. Trouble shooting & Preventive Maintenance of Weld Equipment's Spot, Stud & Sealer Robots, Material Handling (Kawasaki & Nachi), Body lifters, Conveyor & Transfer systems, Jigs & Fixtures, Hoist & Hangers, hemming machine , Portable Weld guns, Sealer dispensers.
2.Trouble-shoot and Replace parts - PLCs, Inverters, Servo Drives etc.
3. Carryout parts replacement - Motor, Gearbox, Chain, bearings etc.
4. Carryout Overhauling of Robots [Mechanical / Electrical]
5. Manage and control Automated / Robotic Weld Line - including Quality.
6. Carryout Vibration, Chain elongation - Analysis & judgement.

Preferred candidate profile :

1. Planning & Execution of - Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive Maintenance.

2. Knowledge on Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC - Omron / Mitsubishi, Robot [Spot/Sealer/Material

Handling/Stud welding]-(Nachi & Kawasaki)

3. IT networking understanding for Equipment's - Ethernet, LAN, FL-Net, CC-Link.

4. Understanding of latest Digital technologies - Symptom Grasping Tools, IoT, WiFi Data transfer.

5. Good communication skills & Leadership qualities - to Lead a team of Technicians.

6. Spares - Planning /Procurement / Inventory / SAP know-how.

7. Kaizen Mind - for carrying out Innovations towards Safety/Quality/Productivity/Human Dev.
