Job Description

We are seeking ahighly motivated manager to lead and optimize our talent acquisition efforts.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing hiring strategies,managing the recruitment team, overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, andensuring the acquisition of top talent. This role requires strong leadership,stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making to support businessgrowth

Recruitment Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisitionstrategies to meet business needs.
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, fromsourcing to onboarding.
Drive innovative sourcing techniques to attracttop-tier candidates.
Ensure alignment of hiring processes withorganizational goals and employer branding.

Operations Management
Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee and manage allaspects of the voice process, ensuring smooth operations and that the teammeets all KPIs and SLAs.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters andtalent sourcers.
Set performance targets and ensure achievement ofhiring KPIs.
Provide training and guidance on best recruitmentpractices.
Collaborate with the account management team toforecast open requisition volumes and adjust staffing levels accordingly.Maintain sourcers schedules to optimize resource allocation.
 
Strategic Process Improvement
Optimize Processes: Continuously review and refineexisting workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs whilemaintaining service quality.
Use performance data to identify trends and areas forimprovement. Propose solutions to enhance productivity, improving starts andimprove overall offers
Quality Assurance Compliance
Ensure Compliance: Make sure all operations complywith regulatory requirements, client guidelines, and internal qualitystandards.
Manage Quality Assurance Programs: Lead regularquality audits and calibrations to ensure consistent call handling andadherence to scripts.
Provide Coaching: Based on quality reviews, provideactionable feedback to agents, supporting their growth and improvingperformance.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience with 2 years management experience
- Bachelor/master degree in human resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcingstrategies, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Proficiency in ATS, recruitment automation tools, andLinkedIn Talent Solutions.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze andimprove hiring processes.
