Job Description

Understand hiring requirements for various departments and job roles

Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases
-
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
-
Schedule interviews with department heads and follow up with candidates
-
Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates
-
Coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates
-
Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
-
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
-
Promote company culture and employment brand during interactions with candidates
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
Minimum 13 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a similar industry)

Familiarity with hiring portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong judgment and decision-making skills
