Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Lucknow


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our domestic hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in line with our business goals and cultural fit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define selection criteria.
  • Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate with panels.
  • Drive bulk hiring, lateral hiring as per business requirements.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, negotiate salaries, and handle pre-joining engagement.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and maintain TATs and hiring SLAs.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market intelligence.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Domestic).
  • Experience in [mention domain, e.g., IT/non-IT/manufacturing/BPO] hiring is preferred.

Optional Add-ons (Customize as Needed):

  • Multilingual abilities (Hindi, English, local languages).
  • Experience in diversity hiring or volume hiring.
  • Exposure to regional hiring across different states in India.
