Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in recruitment specialized in core IT function.
  • 4 to 8 years of Technical Recruiting Experience in hiring candidates for W2, Contract-To-Hire and Contract positions in the USA.
  • Proficient to work with H1B, TN Visa, EAD, Green Card and US Citizens and experienced with tax-terms like - C2C, W2 and 1099.
  • Familiarity in Job-Posting and managing portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Social Networking sites and Internal ATS.
  • Dedicated to the US recruitment process with the responsibility to provide staffing needs based on the Client and Partner requirements.
  • Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates through recruiting calls screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills, salary requirements and negotiation.
  • Strong Networking: Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
  • Ability to understand technical skills, latest buzz words in the industry.
  • Recruitment experience in SAP environment (SAP Hiring) is an added advantage and preferred.
  • Any ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience would be an added advantage
  • Ability to learn and grasp quickly, changing new and emerging technical roadmaps that effect hiring and skill trends needed to supply the business with critical talent.
  • Fluent English is a must - Proven written and verbal communication
  • Competitive,energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Should be willing to work as per US Eastern Standard Time (i.e., India - Night Shift).

Preferred candidate profile

  • End to End recruitment Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and On boarding.
  • Sourcing candidates through Employee Referral, Database, Job Portals and Social Media (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Candidate Engagement - Providing a professional experience to the candidate from the first call to the candidate up to joining.
  • Closure of positions and ensure quality hiring in the given stipulated time as per the policy or TAT.
  • Relationship Management Closely work with the Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs; formulate recruitment plans and assess job description.
  • Making sure all documents of candidates are being verified and filed. Maintaining data in the ATS system and master database.
