Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, following up on leads, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with suitable options.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment (US IT Staffing).
  • Strong understanding of US IT staffing market trends and industry developments.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
