 Workfront Support Analyst

Job Description

As a Workfront Support Analyst, you will support new and existing Workfront configurations and implementations across our rapidly growing Life Sciences Group Marketing team. This position requires a quick learner ideally with an understanding of the Workfront framework and how it can function for the purpose of expanding business objectives. This position requires the ability to learn additional platforms and how they can all work together.

What will you do

  • Support project management solutions based on requirements that achieve LSG Marketing business objectives.
  • Optimally configure Workfront objects to meet business requirements with a solid understanding of reports and dashboards.
  • Support testing plans for configured objects that ensure successful launches.
  • Ensure effective and regular communication with all LSG Marketing sub-teams in our Workfront instance.
  • Coordinate regularly with our Workfront Support Administrator (WSA) and other Admins, ensuring we have a scalable environment for all users.
  • Document processes for adoption, standardization, and alignment.
  • Standardize work intake, ensuring content is concrete, prioritized, and routed accordingly to partners.

Education

  • Bachelors Degree preferred or related work experience accepted.
  • Experience
  • 2+ years of related work experience with these specifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Workfront system administrator (preferred) and/or other SaaS Project Management tools
  • 1+ years of Project Management Experience (preferred)
  • 1+ years of Reporting and Analytics Experience (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Demonstrable ability to support an enterprise level project management workflow platform for multi-functional teams (Workfront preferred).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to work on concurrent projects.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various audiences, both in writing and verbally.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to handle intensified situations.
  • Self-motivated individual with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing systems and platforms
  • Understanding of how to manipulate data in systems such as: Excel, Power Bi, Smartsheets, etc.
