What you will do
Work closely with leadership to define and execute on brand - aligned on global strategy but adapted to unique regional requirement
Strategize and execute against Marketing goals in the client acquisition and expansion context. Own the communication process - Briefs, campaigns, approvals, and execution by agency teams on paid and owned channels - email, digital, social, PR, events, content syndication, blogs, website, search
Work with the marketing ops team to achieve on-target execution and measurement against tangible goals
Manage an ecosystem of marketing partners. Lead vendor relationships, campaign coordination, performance tracking against set KPI s, and lead generation
Budget management. Conceptualise and oversee monthly / quarterly calendarized comms initiatives. Ensure that blog content, social media, content syndication, and email marketing execute consistently and on brand.
Partner with Sales on lead gen efforts to drive top and mid-funnel growth
Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels with a strong bias for action/ hypothesis testing. Devise strategies to boost brand equity and drive qualified traffic
Quarterly leadership reviews to align on performance and future plans.
Qualifications
Your Skills Experience:
Post-graduate in a Marketing domain
12-15 years of relevant experience. Deep understanding of the India technology and services market.
Experience in the client-agency ecosystem
Experience of the overall inbound and outbound ecosystem, including building digital strategy for - SEO (on-page, off-page), SEM - Search and PPC (AdWords), Social - Organic and paid, e-mail marketing, Content marketing (inbound), Web marketing
Event management. Experience leading online / offline events end-to-end, including content, coordination, collateral, vendor management, leads, and results
Experience and relationships in relevant publisher and events ecosystem in India
People management skills: Level - Medium. Goals alignment and reviews, feedback mechanisms, and an unstructured nurturing approach that helps our people be the best versions of themselves.
