This role is responsible for ensuring vendor capacity planning, operational

delivery, tracking contractual and financial compliance, and assisting in the execution of the

global vendor governance model. The Manager partners closely with the Associate Director

to ensure that vendor performance, quality, timelines, and service level agreements are met

consistently across strategic partnerships.

This position plays an integral role in supporting audits, inspections, and cross-functional

coordination between KMS, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and vendors.


Key Responsibilities

Vendor Capacity and Performance Management


  • Support oversight of global pharmacovigilance vendors to ensure delivery of high-

quality, timely, and compliant services.


  • Monitor and track vendor resourcing against demand; flag capacity risks and

collaborate on solutions.

  • Maintain operational trackers, performance metrics, and dashboards aligned to

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Coordinate with vendors on monthly/quarterly reporting and support regular

performance reviews.

Contracting, Procurement, and Financial Oversight

  • Assist in contract implementation, renewals, amendments, and close-out processes

in partnership with Procurement and Legal teams.

  • Monitor contract compliance with Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements

of Work (SOWs), and KPIs.

  • Track purchase orders (POs), invoice submissions, accruals, and budget utilization,

ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and alignment with forecasts.

  • Ensure vendor financial obligations are tracked and documented in accordance with

Kenvue policies.


Governance and Compliance

  • Contribute to vendor governance processes by preparing materials, capturing

outcomes, and supporting follow-up actions.

  • Collaborate on Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) planning and tracking arising

from vendor deviations or audit findings.

  • Assist with preparation and documentation for regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA,

EMA, MHRA) and internal audits related to vendor activities.

  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Compliance, and functional stakeholders to

ensure inspection readiness.

Cross-Functional and System Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison with internal functions including Safety, Regulatory Operations,

R&D Ops, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, and IT.

  • Maintain SharePoint repositories, dashboards, and vendor master data tools (e.g.,

Ariba, eMP, Power Apps).

  • Support initiatives to enhance vendor management tools, contract tracking systems,

and process documentation.

  • Assist with the development of global vendor operating models and best practices

for capacity and service delivery optimization.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree/Masters in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare,

Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in vendor management, contract operations, or

pharmacovigilance support within a regulated environment.

  • Experience in supporting audits/inspections, contract execution, and financial

tracking in the healthcare or life sciences industry.

  • Familiarity with vendor management systems (e.g., Ariba, eMP, SharePoint, Power

Apps/Automate).

documentation.

across time zones.

  • Analytical mindset to interpret vendor data, identify trends, and propose actionable

insights.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic,

matrixed setting.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and digital collaboration tools.
