Candidate Skill:Technical Skills -

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing client accounts by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering the right talent solutions. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, goal-oriented, and skilled in identifying staffing solutions that meet client requirements. They will act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure successful placements, client satisfaction, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining and strengthening client relationships.

Understand client needs, culture, and project requirements to provide tailored talent solutions.

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction with placements and address any issues promptly.

Business Development & Account Growth:

Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.

Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to drive growth within each account.

Upsell additional services, roles, or technology capabilities as they align with client needs.

Talent Matching & Delivery:

Work closely with the recruiting team to define role requirements, skill sets, and qualifications for open positions.

Collaborate to prioritize roles and match top talent to client needs effectively and efficiently.

Monitor placement success and proactively address any potential mismatches.

Client Satisfaction & Retention:

Oversee onboarding and integration of placed candidates to ensure they meet client expectations.

Solicit feedback from clients post-placement and work to resolve any concerns.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and work towards building long-term partnerships.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience:2-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or business development in the staffing or staff augmentation industry.

Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.

Skills:

Strong understanding of staffing models, recruitment processes, and industry trends.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
