Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Staffing Recruiter with hands-on experience in contract-to-hire (C2H) recruitment and Full Time roles.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of IT recruitment dynamics, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for contract-to-hire positions in the IT domain.
- Understand and interpret client requirements to source relevant candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Use various sourcing methods including Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Work collaboratively with account managers, delivery leads, and other internal teams.
- Ensure accurate data tracking in recruitment tools and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT staffing
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a deadline-driven environment.
