Job Description

Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth plant operations.
Partner with management to support organizational goals and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.

Requirements:

10-15 years of experience in plant HR and administration.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry preferred.
