Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in IT staffing or technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of C2C, IT hiring, IT recruitment, IT staffing, technical hiring, technical recruitment, technology recruitment, and talent acquisition concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidate
