Field Sales Executive @ Property Atm

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential buyers on-site, promoting property projects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-presented, and passionate about real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
  
• Conduct site visits with prospective clients and present project details.
  
• Develop in-depth knowledge of real estate projects, pricing, and features.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  
• Participate in real estate exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
  
• Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing team about market trends.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus.
  
• 13 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Self-driven with a passion for fieldwork and meeting clients.
  
• Basic knowledge of real estate laws and market trends is a plus.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  
• Must have a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid driving license.
