Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and address inquiries, complaints, or support requests.
  • Understand customer needs and align sales person.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and further assistance.
  • Weekly Review on call and conversion targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and scripting guidelines.
