Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and follow best practices.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in JavaScript (Glide API), possess a solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model and architecture, and demonstrate the ability to leverage out-of-the-box capabilities before opting for custom development.
• You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications Required

• B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sgraduate (preferably from a reputed college or University) with a total experience of 6-8 years

Skills and Experience Required

• The following abilities are desired in a ATF Resource.
• Experience with both ITSM, ATF and modules. Logical thinker.
• JavaScript (especially Glide API server/client-side scripting).
• Experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Ability to translate business processes and requirements into Auto Mated Testing solutions .
• Comfortable working with Service Portal, UI Pages, Catalog Items, etc. Can analyze and troubleshoot in form process issues.
• Ability to work with BAs, and Developers to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Good at writing technical documentation and KB Articles.
