Job Overview:
We are hiring a Project Manager with strong experience in managing SAP projects and a solid understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will hold a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification and have 710 years of project management experience, including exposure to cloud-based SAP environments. This role is key to driving successful project delivery across enterprise SAP BTP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of SAP BTP implementation and enhancement projects.

Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets while maintaining quality standards.

Use project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with SAP BTP architecture and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare regular project status reports and executive updates.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending process optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

710 years of project management experience, specifically within SAP environments.

Hands-on experience or working knowledge of SAP BTP services (e.g., CAP, RAP, Integration Suite, Extension Suite).

CAPM certification is mandatory.

Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification (preferred or in progress).

Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
