Job Overview:

We are hiring a Project Manager with strong experience in managing SAP projects and a solid understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will hold a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification and have 710 years of project management experience, including exposure to cloud-based SAP environments. This role is key to driving successful project delivery across enterprise SAP BTP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of SAP BTP implementation and enhancement projects.

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets while maintaining quality standards.

• Use project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with SAP BTP architecture and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare regular project status reports and executive updates.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending process optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 710 years of project management experience, specifically within SAP environments.

• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of SAP BTP services (e.g., CAP, RAP, Integration Suite, Extension Suite).

• CAPM certification is mandatory.

• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification (preferred or in progress).

• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, ABAP on BTP, or cloud-native SAP application development.
