Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Governance
- To take active role in the implementation of pre-defined governance processes (e.g. user access review, data definitions and validation rules) for all financial modules.
- To support compliance monitoring by documentation of system changes and adhering to audit requirements.
- To help maintain Finance Technology roadmap backlog (e.g. log enhancements requests, track progress)
Functional & Technical Execution
Configuration
- Configure financial workflows (e.g. AR invoice approvals, AP payment terms) with minimal supervision.
- Support localization requirement gathering, setup/configuration (e.g. tax rules, multi-currency) for Global Blueprint compliance.
Development
- Develop and maintain basic SuiteScript 2.x. scripts.
- Build and troubleshoot saved searches, dashboard, and KPIs for Finance stakeholders.
- Assist in data migration and minor integration (REST/SOAP API testing)
User Training & Documentation
- Work with implementation partner ensuring step-by-step user guides and FAQ for new features (e.g. expense report submissions, report filters, etc) is drafted.
- Work with relevant department within Ben Line to ensure d AS IS process is documented(e.g. O2C, P2P) as required and contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Create and execute testing plan, supporting identified business scenarios.
- Ensure complete documentation of configurations, scripts, and process change for compliance.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Experience level: 2+ years in NetSuite implementation and/or operational support.
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Business, IT or related fields.
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification
Skills:
Functional:
- Basic understanding of financial processes (O2C, P2P) and compliance
- Ability to translate business scenario into test-cases.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and tools, such as Azure Board and Jira will be advantageous.
- Create and manage saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and basic workflows.
Technical:
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics, etc.).
- Experience with SuiteFlow, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Exposure to data migration tools (csv import, data loader)
- Familiarity with SQL, PowerBI will be advantageous.
Experience:
- 1-2 years in ERP financial systems, including hands-on testing or implementation involvement to go live.
- Experience in drafting test script, training materials.
Knowledge:
- Basic understanding/grasp of NetSuite Financial module (AP,AR, GL)
- Basic Understanding testing methodology and execution
- Awareness of data governance principles, especially around master data, RBAC, audit requirements.
