Job Description
Role &
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, GRC, and other modules.
- Develop scalable, flexible, and sustainable ServiceNow architectures that align with business objectives.
- Design ServiceNow solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in implementation, coding, and configuration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for teams and stakeholders.
Implementation & Integration:
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
- Ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues during the implementation phase.
Governance & Best Practices:
- Establish and enforce governance around ServiceNow platform usage, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, ensuring solutions are well-documented and aligned with architectural principles.
- Perform regular reviews and audits of the ServiceNow platform to ensure it remains optimized and scalable.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with key business and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment between IT and business strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow can address business challenges.
Experience:-
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2-3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC and intergations
Technical Skills:-
- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and other IT service management frameworks.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), configuration, and customization.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and enterprise architecture.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members. responsibilities
