Job Description

We are currently looking to engage a Indian Project Manager on a short-term contract (3060 days) to oversee an on-site data collection initiative in Kansas City. The project involves coordinating real-world video data capture in environments such as schools, hospitals, and office settings, and will require recruitment and management of field teams including actors, technical staff, and logistics personnel.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Prior experience in data collection or AI/ML-related field projects
• Strong on-ground execution skills including scheduling, participant coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to manage multi-location shoot logistics, ensure quality control, and maintain compliance with data privacy and safety regulations (HIPAA, FERPA, etc.)
