Backend Lead (LSE) @ Impact Analytics

Job Description

• 8+ years of back-end software development including 5+ years in Python and its web frameworks Good understanding of the Rest API design and development
• Expertise in at least one of Django, Flask or FastAPI Familiarity with Object Relational Mapping libraries and ability to integrate with multiple data sources into one system
• Understanding of limitations of Python and Multi Process Architecture Good understanding of the Architecture and Software / System design principles
• Good understanding of Scalability (Vertical / Horizontal), Distributed systems & High Availability
• Good understanding of the Cross Cutting concerns (Caching, Queuing, Logging, Security (Authentication / Authorization / Encryption))
• Good understanding of Microservices design and containerization technologies Good team leadership skills
• Good written and communication skills
