Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of UI engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development support.
Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate user requirements and wireframes into robust front-end implementations.
Architect and implement scalable and maintainable component-based front-end solutions using modern frameworks (preferably Angular 8+).
Enforce design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and reusability across products.
Drive and implement best practices in code quality, testing, performance optimization, and security.
Build pixel-perfect, cross-browser and cross-platform web interfaces with accessibility and responsiveness as first-class priorities.
Evaluate and adopt emerging tools, libraries, and frameworks to keep the front-end stack modern and efficient.
Ensure CI/CD pipelines support rapid, reliable front-end deployments with automated testing and linting.
Take ownership of major UI modules/features that impact enterprise-scale users globally.

Qualifications

6-8 years of hands-on experience in UI development, including 2+ years in a technical/leadership role.
Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
