Job Description


Desired Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pre-sales or inside sales of GIS solutions and IT services/consulting.
  • Familiarity with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or other location intelligence solutions.
  • Strong understanding of GIS industry use cases in sectors like government, utilities, oil & gas, smart cities, and transportation.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Teams, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent presentation abilities and composure when engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Professionalism in handling C-level and senior executives from both client and partner organizations.
  • Ability to operate across diverse teams including onshore/offshore and cross-cultural environments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new GIS and IT sales opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop customized business cases, technical proposals, and RFP responses aligned with customer requirements in GIS and IT domains.
  • Drive unsolicited, proactive GIS/IT solution offerings by identifying white-space opportunities in existing and target accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define customer RFP requirements, competitive positioning, and establish Win Strategies and Price-to-Win models.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipeline updates, and business capture status to leadership.
  • Generate and maintain strategic sales plans, account strategies, capture plans, and funnel reports focused on GIS and IT services.
  • Utilize email marketing, LinkedIn messaging, and other digital channels to drive qualified lead generation and outreach.
  • Conduct multi-channel prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, social media) to secure demos and meetings with target prospects.
  • Educate prospective clients on iSpatialTec's GIS and IT product offerings, coordinate tailored demos, and address technical pre-sales queries.
  • Liaise between sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure cohesive communication, trial management, and solution alignment.
  • Respond quickly to prospect/client inquiries, coordinate technical clarifications, and ensure efficient proposal turnaround.
  • Act as the entrepreneurial sales lead representing GIS and IT consulting services in US and other target markets.
